We have 3,500 acres of space, a private and historic Walled Garden, multiple creative and inspiring meeting locations, and three luxury holiday properties, including the newly reestablished West End, a wing of Hawarden Castle.

We also have over ten years’ experience in running events with world experts in cooking, wellness and outdoor craft. You can pick from a catalogue of experiences such as wild swimming, cooking classes, wellness days, and foraging expeditions across acres of ancient woodland.

We’ll help you put together a bespoke retreat tailored to your interests and goals to ensure that your team leave rejuvenated, inspired and with new skills to hand.

The famous, storied and beautiful Hawarden Estate is uniquely modern in outlook. It is home to a multi-award-winning farm shop, restaurant and pub as well as some of the best self-catering accommodation in the UK.

There is a bakery, a medieval castle, a school of craft, wellness and food, a nature trail and lots more. We have many different spaces available for endless different activities.

The Estate is just 15 minutes from Chester, 40 minutes from Liverpool and Manchester, and two and a half hours from London on the train.

We have nearly ten years’ experience in running events with world experts in cooking, wellness and outdoor craft. We can provide you with the ultimate event for your team.

We have several remarkable spaces, of various sizes, for meetings, parties or hanging out. From the warm, welcoming and spacious Conservatory to our truly iconic Walled Garden. We also have an award-winning pub, The Glynne Arms, two Grade I Listed castles, and a private lake and nature reserve.
A day spent with your team at Hawarden Estate can be as action-packed, or relaxed, as you wish. From exhilarating wild swims, axe throwing and abseiling from ancient ruins to massage, yoga and spectacular feasts from the fire with The Walled Garden. This is the place to host the perfect away day that will live long in the memory.
We have a range camping options and locations as well as three luxury holiday properties on site, all available to rent.
